Distorted is an electronic rock journey through a world where nothing is quite what it seems.

The album began to take shape in December 2023, born from a sudden and deeply personal impulse. Its first spark came at a moment when I learned that a friend and colleague was leaving the place where we had worked together. The opening track, Metallic Wings, carries the atmosphere of that moment — a farewell transformed into something sad, louder and more symbolic.

What began as a single idea gradually became a much larger world. Over the following years, the album was repeatedly interrupted, reshaped and rebuilt, with some of its tracks undergoing substantial changes before the final version was completed in September 2026.

The sound of Distorted is built entirely from synthesized elements, creating its own interpretation of rock and metal. The guitars are synthetic, the textures are electronic, and the boundaries between rock, metal and industrial sound become deliberately blurred. The result is a distorted, cinematic soundscape somewhere between electro rock, industrial rock and electro metal.

But Distorted is more than a collection of songs. It is a journey through a place that may be a post-apocalyptic world — or perhaps something that exists between worlds.

S.A.D.: Sentimental after dark

There are moments in the world of music that can completely engulf us and transport us to other dimensions. As I'm known to say, I can't go a day without a music. The year has come and gone and I have finally committed to taking the next step - overcoming my shyness and sharing my next story in the world of music. When I was composing, perhaps my biggest inspirations were such greats as Angelo Badalamenti and Jan Garbarek. I tend to get Sentimental After Dark, which is why I conceived the whole album in the spirit of noir jazz, ambient music and occasionally some light jazz rock riffs pop up.

By listening my music, you can imagine dark streets, lights flickering in the distance, a light haze of mystery in a mystical club where the smell of cigarettes and strong alcohol mix, a space for loneliness and loss, where sadness and joy mingle.
I see music as an emotional journey that invites the listener to delve deep into their thoughts and feelings. So maybe come and dive in too with me.

Začínám s tvorbou relaxačních scén, které pomohou se uvolnit od každodenních stresujících situací nebo mohou sloužit jako pozadí pro studium či pouhou relaxaci. Zde představuji první z nich: Podvečer na laguně

Video je inspirací divadelní scény ze hry Poprask na laguně od Carla Goldoniho, kterou hrálo Divadlo na Vinohradech v roce 1996. Scénu jsem modeloval v 3D programu Blender, další efekty a střih v programech Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe premiere pro a Adobe audition. Hudbu jsem skládal ve FruityLoops. Některé 3D modely jako barely a molo jsem stáhl jako volně dostupné modely v přídavcích Poliigon a další. Animace zvířat jsem stáhl z volně dostupných zdrojů, nejsou mým výtvorem.

I started with creating of relaxing scenery. I believe they can help you with relaxing after stressful days or to concentrate during study. This video is inspired by theatre scenery from the theatre play Le baruffe chiozzotte by Carl Goldoni, which was played by Vihohrady Theatre in the year of 1996. I used 3D Blender to modelate the scenery, effects was created in Adobe AfterEffects and completed in Adobe premiere. Sounds and music was edited in Adobe Audition. I composed music in the fruityloops. Some of 3D models, such as barrels and pier was downloaded as free models in poliigon addon for Blender etc., and animals loop animations form pixelbay etc. They are not created by me.

Virtual Violin je konečně na světě. Byla to dlouhá doba, ale vyplatilo se.

Stylem spíše elektronická instrumentální hudba se sólo houslemi v popředí. Relaxujte, užívejte.

MÁ TVORBA

Singl Lucid Dreams je těžké vyloženě žánrově zaškatulkovat. Jedná se asi o mix ambientní hudby s orchestrálními prvky a rockbluesovými pasážemi. Je určen pro relax na pozadí. Posuďte sami. K dostání zde.

Killer Instinct Theme

Cover verze inspirovaná původním tématem mé oblíbené hry. V roce 1995 mě ale uchvátil především soundtrack a nejvíce pak právě titulní téma, které jsem předělal do orchestrální podoby a doplnil novými pasážemi. Doufám, že se bude líbit.
